OfferSummary calculates Adjusted Offer Price as Purchase Price − Buyer Credits & Concessions (clamped to a non-negative value). This gives an apple-to-apples comparison of competing contract values without confusing them with closing proceeds, commissions, or settlement fees.
Offers are grouped by financing certainty: Cash (≤10-day close) earns top certainty; Conventional financing with 20%+ down and waived appraisal ranks high; FHA/VA and Home Sale contingencies are flagged so sellers understand closing risk.
From the matrix view, tap "Export PDF" to generate a clean, single-page comparison sheet with ranked offer columns and your agent branding. Perfect to print for seller meetings or save to the brokerage transaction file.

Track escalation limits and post-closing leaseback days. They appear as clear visual badges directly in the matrix and exported sheets, so sellers never overlook critical addendum terms or occupancy needs.
Deleting an offer requires deliberate secondary confirmation via a native confirmation dialog with a destructive confirmation step. Errant touchscreen taps cannot cause accidental data loss during live client meetings.
OfferSummary stores data 100% on your device for absolute client privacy. Deleting or uninstalling the app permanently wipes the local sandbox, and data cannot be restored upon reinstalling. Always export your 1-page summaries to Apple Files or email before removing the app.
